  I was given the restore package as a gift and honestly couldn’t believe how amazing the whole experience was. Have never felt so relaxed in my life and my skin feels incredible. Ive been to many spas and Olivia was the best therapist I’ve ever had. Will be asking for this for all future gifts!

  Heavenly! Both the cafe and spa are absolutely luxe with such beautiful experiences being provided. The staff are welcoming, cheerful and make you feel so welcome and taken care of in the cafe (weird to say about a cafe, I know, but it’s true). My masseuse David did the most stunning massage. He asked about my concerns and desires from our session and made me feel so at ease. For a first in a massage, it felt like he assessed and mapped out the state of my body and how it responded to small assessments. He spent the hour completely releasing tension in my body in a gentle yet responsive way. I felt restored and taken care of and am so appreciative of his skills

  Had a wonderful experience at Willow. Kerry made me feel very taken care of and guided me through every stage of the treatment. The space itself is beautiful in its simplicity and I would highly recommend Willow if you are looking to treat yourself or gift someone special in your life.

  Thank you for such a magical experience. I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in. I absolutely loved the vibe of the place and felt so taken care of. Kerry made me feel so comfortable and special for the 3 hours of my Grounding package. I literally felt like royalty.
  
  The whole experience was amazing…I can’t speak highly enough of Kerry with her warmth and professionalism.

  Nestled amongst bustling High Street in Armadale is home to an experience like no other. Willow Urban Retreat is just a short drive from the Melbourne CBD and will have you feeling as though you’ve stumbled upon a tranquil destination that feels like a resort.
  Their cafe is focused on serving nourishing whole foods that are not only good for you, but equally as delicious. The interior and outdoor space looks stunning and the staff were very attentive and lovely.
  I haven’t been for a spa treatment but it’s on my list!
